• Skills and tactics of an auditing team.
• Planning and Preparation techniques.
• Performing the audit.
• Classification/reporting of findings.
• The registration process.

Objectives
Through lectures, discussions, and workshops, you will:

• Understand and learn to interpret the ISO 14001 environmental management system and its application to your own company.
• Learn the principles and practices of environmental management systems (EMS) and auditing based on this standard.
• Develop skills to plan, prepare, and perform value-added ISO 14001 audits.

This course is valuable for individuals involved in planning and implementing ISO 14001 environmental management systems as well as for personnel who will manage, conduct or participate in internal audits.

This course is intended for participants with little to no knowledge of the ISO 14001requirements and little or no experience conducting audits.
