SGS is pleased to announce it is the first NRTL to receive IAS Field Evaluation Body (FEB) Accreditation.
When
an Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) comes across electrical
products, industrial machinery, or other equipment that does not have
the mark of a recognized testing laboratory, a red tag is often placed
on the equipment until a field evaluation by a recognized and competent
field evaluation company like SGS is conducted. Having unlabeled
equipment can result in being fined and or having your operation shut
down until corrections are made.
SGS is accredited to test and
certify products for installation and operation in both residential and
commercial markets. SGS is pleased to announce it is the first NRTL to
receive IAS Field Evaluation Body (FEB) Accreditation.
