• Auditor selection and registration; and
• Written examination, presentation of case study.

Objectives

Through lectures, discussions, workshops and role-plays, you will:

• Learn the theories and practices of auditing an organization’s quality management system;
• Learn how to interpret and audit to the ISO 9001 standard;
• Learn the principles and practices of third-party auditing based on this standard; and
• Develop skills to plan, prepare, and perform audits in accordance with ISO 19011
