During the past several months, we have evaluated the service offerings, and level of service provided to each client.  Based on our evaluation we have developed new products such as Six Sigma / Business Process improvement tools, JPAL accreditation for medical device manufacturer’s selling into Japan, and C-TPAT security auditing programs geared towards organizations wishing to meet CBP security requirements.  In addition, we have implemented a key account program focusing on large clients operating in multiple countries.
